One thing that really turns me off when watching interviews on TV, is when someone says no comment.
If you are find yourself unable to give a complete answer, say why. Many of us represent organisations with unique mandates, philosophies, principles, policies, and we do not want to jeopardise our ability to work in humanitarian situations which require our presence by saying the wrong thing, but please don't say no comment. Here is an interview I did on MTV earlier this week in Colombo, Sri Lanka and they asked me some extra curly questions. Have a look, for it may give you the courage to speak out, or, not to say "no comment."
